The Fynbos soaps are a firm, long-lasting tallow-based soaps with a rich, creamy lather. Tallow nourishes with skin-compatible fats, while indigenous carrier oils hydrates and soothes. Scented with the signature Fynbos blend to bring the mountains to your skin.
It consists of a large bar which can last ages (90g), with flower imbeds.
We offer smaller soaps upon request. Two medium round soaps (35g each, 2 per pack), and small guest soaps (6g each, 12 per pack).
Fynbos Soaps
Crafted with grass-fed tallow, unrefined shea butter, and indigenous oils, marula, baobab, and kalahari melon seed, this nourishing bar offers a firm, long-lasting lather that cleanses without stripping. Rich in skin-compatible fatty acids and antioxidants, it supports softness, elasticity, and skin repair.
Scented with rose pelargonium, mountain buchu, cape gold, and tea tree, a bright, herbaceous blend with antimicrobial, toning, and uplifting properties, the soap captures the fresh, invigorating essence of mountain Fynbos.
The soap also features natural pigment, green clay and ochre, this bar draws on the mineral richness of the Cape landscape. Green clay gently purifies and tones, while ochre offers mild exfoliation and a connection to the traditional earth pigments long used in local skin care.
We use only locally rooted ingredients (no coconut or castor oil ) to honour the plants of southern Africa and the people who’ve used them for generations.
